Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is 100% refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (7 working days) and it has undergone quality control (3-7 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

How to Refund Request:

1. Sign in to your Earifin Account and select Support Ticket.

2. Write the Subject as the products name that wishes to Refund

3. Type Details about the Refunds products.

4. Attached a Picture of your Recent Product condition.

5. Then click Submit.

Or simply go to your purchase history or dashboard and select the product you want to return. Under the selected product you can find a refund button. Just simply fill out all the required forms. That’s it, your refund request is done.

  • Debit or Credit Card Payment Reversal: 9-10 working days.
  • Bank Deposit / Mobile Payment Reversal: 5-10 working days.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Earifin packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

Returns Policy:

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a Support Ticket on the website within 14 days for small items and 7 days for non-small items of the delivery date.

For selected categories, we accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s Bags, Women’s Bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, and Bath. Exceptions are women's intimate apparel, men's innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewelry, watches, duffel bags, and shoe care.

For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, a seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For the seller warranty, please contact the seller.
